I couldn’t be more excited: The GitHub repository for our Data Knowledge Hub on Researching Online Discourse is now live and open for contributions here.
If you’re looking for a resource on ethically monitoring social media and online discourse, do take a look and reach out should you have any questions.
The Data Knowledge Hub reduces barriers to researching social media by aggregating essential information, legal frameworks, tools, and code samples through crowdsourcing. By doing so, it aims to support civil society researchers in conducting thorough and contextual social media analyses.
My team and I are facilitating the development, growth, and usability of the Hub, but it really only thrives and serves its purpose when others make it what they need it to be. Find us on GitHub, play around with it, and share your feedback via Issues and/or Pull Requests.
